Harrasshment by inlaws
My sister was married about 11.6 i.E . 5/02/1998 . At that time her inlaws shows that they were very rich , but right after thier mrg, they sell their complete prty, the property belongs to the father in law & mother in law. Sister is b.Com 1st yr passed out, at the time of mrg,they said the boy is a graduate but actually he is 8th passed. She is having two daughters. He is having his own car which is finanaced . He took loan on his credit cards , and now he is black listed, presently he runs a property dealer shop on rent i.E 6500/- p.M , house is rented on 13000/- p.M father in law & maother in law run their own shop . He beated my sister several times , he put kerosin oil on my str as well as on both the girls . When we went to the govt.Hospital they said report the matter to police & in the prescription they mention infection due to ker.Oil.He filled my sister returns from 2004 till 08 . Amounting to 135,000 where he showed that she is doing her own business which is false , her father in law force her to craete physical relation with her , when we told this to her husband he said do what papa said, papa told as per law you cant do anything as legaaly we showed you a working girl & 498 is not forced as mrg is 11yrs old

You should forget about his education. However, a criminal complaint may be lodged with the police u/ss 406/498-A IPC and the Domestic Violence laws. 11 years old marriage does not BAR 498-A action. Only the presumption may be taken away but you may be entitled to prosecute them and prove your case.

Sorry for mishappening. But dont worry you can teach a lesson to such a greedy people. Go and file a case of marrriage harassment under section 498-A. After seven 406 is not maintenable and 498-A is having less scope but if you have medical report of the hospital showing carosin oil etc. then nobody can stop you and police have to register your complaint and act as per your requirement. You should also mention the sections of Domestic Violance Act.
