Harrasshment by parents
Sir, my marriagr was held on14/12/2006 and it was a arrange marriage, at that time i am working as a implementation manger earning 22,000 p.M. I bear all expenses of marraiage. But after one month we get seprated and shifted to ground floor , parents stay at first floor , i bear loan for constructing the house , we have 3 floors.After two months disputes arrissed with my wife due to her nature with my mother , i got divorce in 18/09/2008, she allegged 7 people in family. At that time as per lawyer instcution the disohonoured me from the prpoerty which i also signed and latter on it published in the newspaper , i did what my parents told to me , i have one sister also , who is very much engaged with my wife she is married , now the problem is that property belongs to my mother, and my sister want the complete proerty she always told mother to sell it and purchase a house near her, mother dont even give food to me , now as we take the construction loan and property is in the name of my mother , and they dishonured me from the prorty , and also publish in the newspaper , so now can you pls tell me what to do, as i am jobless and my father do what ny mother told to him. He thratens me to kick me outside the house if demand for food.

You can file the case for getting your right. your local lawyer will guide you. but certainly you have to prove that loan way waived off by you only.

you have to prove the loan , hoever it is adviseable to go for amicable settlement with your parents. for better advise , contact me through phone or c me in the chamber atJalandhar.

You may consider an amicable out of court settlement with your family or else you may initiate appropriate proceedings in the local court through a lawyer.
