i hav already filed a case of divorce against my husband on the grounds of cruelty.
he used abusive language on my parents . v have proof and evidence .
how can my parents sue him./...what case can they(parents of the girl) put on him( my husband) ?

merely use of abusive language over the phone is no ground for defamation or criminal intimidation. there has to be a threat. mere abuses on the phone is not actionable unless given in front of others.
