Legal Question in Family Law in India

I hav been married for 30 years now (my parents went back immediately to Malaysia where my dad was posted)i hav grown 2 up kids.From the start when i was married in 1980 my husband and in-laws started harrassing me because they were not satisfied with wat my parents gave and about the arrangements also (many more trivial issues).My husband being violent and a habitual drinker started beating me even in pregnancy.things kept on getting worse. in 1984 my father came to visit me he saw me in a terrible state and very ill he was not happy my husband wasnt happy to see him he argued and things heated up.I went to my maternal home taking my son with my father and was admitted in a nursing home.In the meantime my fathr-in-law sent for his son my husban to join him in Sweden(my father and father-in-law were both were in IFS at that time)my father is no more.After he went there my husband started a relationship with a swedish woman instantly.He married her after his daughter was born from her he told her lies that he is divorced avd all.His parents witnessed the marriage and sighned the marriage certificate!(all this my husbands second wife told me in 2009)then in 1986 when there was no contact i wrote a letter to him so that i can carry on life without him as my dad decided to take me with him to Iraq where he was posted.There was no reply still i wrote again to finally hear from him but he did not reply. then all of a sudden he appeared with his 2nd brother-in-law.I came back with him after assuarances about any ontoward incidences.But after that he came back to his old self.then his parents came back aftr retireing.They also didnt tret me well his sister also joined in and his brother everything was back to same.There wasno one to protect me in that house.In the meantime i concieved my 2nd child(a daughter)then some how i came to know about my husbands 2nd marriage but not everything,it was too late i couldnt do anything my trust and faith in him was shattered! I was always unhappy still i was treated like garbage there were rules and restrictions for me.I wasnt taken care of either.Time passed then in 2008 my son got message on facebook that a girl saying she is the sister of my son and daughter!She had come to India looking for her father but couldnt find us! Her mother was told that her husband had died (by my father and mother in law)and all of a sudden my husband contacts his 2nd wife in 2009,both were shocked!Then the girl decided to come looking for her father.All this time i and my kids had no knowledge of what he was upto.THey (mother and daughter)told me the whole story.My husband didnt divorce his 2nd wife and married her without giving me divorce either.So he cheated on both of us!In sept 2009 he and his parents dove me and my daughter out of the house.I filed a case against them.I am still waiting for relief and all i get is next dates!I have been waiting for justice but still no respite.I dont know what to do.My in-laws are rich.I dont have money.I have provided all proofs to the court even the photos and certificate of his 2nd marriage.Besides he is also characterless(my husband)Please help tell me what should i do even mediation has failed he says he wants divorce now.But i said i want maintenance and a place to live.I am afraid they can do harm to me because they are wealthy.In 2003 when i complained in womens cell in Noida they bribed the police and turned the tables against me!They are not afraid of the law!My husband is in the influence of his father mother sisters and brother.please help!He depends on them a lot.
