Legal Question in Family Law in India

i hav been staying away from my husband for the last 2 yrs of my 15 yr marriage. There hav been constant verbal abuse and finacial abuse which i tolerated for my son. Now my son wid him pl advise what legal remedies i hav to ensure that i get maintenence and share in his property/income for me and my son, as i do not keep good health

You have remedies available under civil as well as criminal laws. you may not only seek maintenance but also an injunction for living in shared accommodation. Your rights are under the Maintenance Laws (Hindu Laws) as also under the Domestic Violence laws. however, you should better engage an Advocate to pursue your remedies in a court of law.
