I havnt got divorced yet...can I get engagd to another guy s my pearents insisting me to atleast gt engaged and get married once I get the divorce.can I do that according to tge law....can I get engaged

Wrap up your marriage asap.. file divorce by mutual consent and both motions one after another.. Meanwhile you could get engaged but keep it very very confidential. Till the divorce dont get physically involved with your fiancee or else your fiancee could be booked for adultery u/s 497 IPC.
