Legal Question in Family Law in India

we are heading towards divorce and custody will be given to me solely(mother). i want to know how i can secure my 5 year old daughter's custody in my hand for ever . please advise me what clause i should include in my daughter's custody agreement so that my husband can not interfere in my future life for ever, whether that is going to abroad , or visitation rites .........etc

in this regard, the law cannot help you as the husband is the natural guardian of the child and your relationship with him is coming to an end but as far as your daughter is concerned, she would remain his daughter as well for the rest of his life. there is no agreement that can bar the visitation rights or other rights of a father. any such agreement would be void as it is against the law.

By their very nature, the custody orders are variable in nature.

Any of the parties may seek change of custody order with the change in any situation.
