Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am heart patient and having two daughters(one is 9 years and other is 7 years).My husband and his family beats for not having a boy as son.They insults me a lot and behave rudely.I have only a supporting brother.I want divorce from my husband and want to go at my fathers home with my children.What i can expect from law?

Yiou may prosecute your husband for "cruelty"and "domestic violence" and you may claim adequate compensation for all your sufferings.
