Legal Question in Family Law in India

hello
i have filed dv case and 125crpc in mumbai family court. bcoz of my in laws harassment i was in depression and couldnt work. i was earning 4500p.m. on contract basis as a lecturer in degree college.
now after one year i want to start working so that i could engage my mind in creative work. i will get 15000 p.m. on contract of 11 months in a college. but if i work i will be not eligible for maintenance. my husband is earning 180000p.m. and he is CA.
what should i do? should i join college? if his lawyer catch me teaching what will happen?
my hearings have already started and i said i m not working in court in front of judge.
plz guide me.

you could on basis of status when you were living with your husband and on basis of his income still claim proportionate maintenance.

if u start working .. ur maintenance would be decided accordingly.... but your working would not strike off the maintenance claim ....completely
