Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello,

I found false affidavit being given in divorce transfer petition by my spouse. My question is should I prove them false providing evidences and witnesses in the counter petition or allow transfer and then use these proofs duting divorce proceedings?

Looking forward for your valuable sugestions. Please help
