Legal Question in Family Law in India
Hello
I am girl who got married 4 yrs back. After a torturing life, 1and a half yrs back we filed 498 a case.So the bail was granted to my inlaws and husband on grounds that he wanted to live with me, but he never came to take me and I am at my home only.I am a working girl and issueless. After 6 months we filed 406 and now somehow my husband got my mobile number. Now again he is after me that he wants me back in his life. But at first m confused y he is callin and smsing me emotionally.I told him again that ok our families can talk and i will come back. But since a week he is only smsing and calling but taking no further action.Should i sms back and revert to his calls?? as he is very clever so m afraid what he wants??? Should i talk to him and sms him back or i should change my number ??? please helllppp as m really tensed.
Thank u all for replying my above question but if i am talking general things then he can harm or is it wrong legally ????? I will be definitely cautious about the words i speak or sms.Its been 10 days since m talking to him after one and a half years.

Talking itself will not harm. You have to be cautious in committing anything over phone or text. But, if you have a spark of interest in re-union, then the best door to enter is talking and make him sincerely commit to what you desire. Once he agrees you may ask the court to record his statement and make that part of court order in compromise.
You may play safe; if you feel comfortable, you may visit his house to live, of course after taking all precautions.
it is better if elders from both the sides sit and sort out the matter.
if you really want to amicably settle the matter then go ahead cautiously.
