hello,

I am a muslim ,i have three questions

1) if my husband utters triple talaq it means according to the law i am divorced,do we also need to do it legally i mean does it involve paper work.?

2)can i put a DV case and a Dowry harassment case on him if i stand divorced.will the DV case be effective.?

3)If i am divorced ,can i claim for maintanance .My husband earns 85,000 per month,how much maintenance can i claim.i am not working currently.?

1. Talaq can be done only before maulvi and in presence of witnessess hence paper work is must.

2. Yes you can do it.

3. yes u/s 125 CRPC you can get maintenance and if your husband is earning 85000 then you can claim as much as you want but as per my experience, you may get around 20k per month, if your lawyer will be expert.
