Hello,
I have a sister who is a mental case. My mother has appointed my brother's wife as gaurdian of my incompetent sister.My Mother has a bank account containing all savings.This is a joint account with my brother. My father died without a will.That is why the property owned by my father is now ancestral. Yet my mother has transfered the house to my sister in her will.Now my sister in law is my sister's gaurdian. Does this mean that my sister-in- law will inherit the house and money and final decision of division of house(money after selling the house) and money in bank account is her own. Because in that case we are not getting any share. My brother has got a lot of things written from my mother,taking advantage of the fact that I was abroad.

As a guardian she will not become owner of her ward.
