Legal Question in Family Law in India

hello,
I am wife separated for 1 year, then I filed for a divorce.
In return she filed for other cases like 498 a etc etc
after fighting for about 4 yrs, I brought her back home by pressure of our society and family to give it another try.
but it didnot work out.
So I am again going to leave her to her maternal home.
But consequences are very troublesome and her father has threatened me of harassing me & my family by putting more cases.
Can you advise what steps they can take now.
The cases were going on, but I brought my wife back home decent enough.
If still our relationship didnot work out. I get fed up.
She do not want to divorce me. She wants me to be her slave, which is not possible.
Our wavelengths do not match absolutely.
Kindly guide me how can defence myself with the case.

What cases are pending against you now and are at what stage ?
Dear Kalrajee,
Case of gharelu hinsa pending (we have taken bail for the family members)
498a pending (non bailable warrant on my name)

don't worry for 498a, go for an anticipatory bail. and /or go for quashing 498a, in high court U/S482
