hello,
if i i change my religion from hindu to christanity, can i file a case for divorce which otherwise my wife aint ready to give. Real issue is no emotional and physical support and incompatiblity...whch i guess not a valid ground in eye of court. Suggest

even if you convert, you need to seek the divorce under the same religion that you go married to. so the change of religion may not benefit you.
Changing your religion merely because you want to have divorce will be of no help to you. Rather it can put you in trouble. Secondly even after changing your religion you have to give divorce. Ill suggest you to proceed with your case without changing your religion.
