Legal Question in Family Law in India

hello,my husband is one place with his parents.and i am with my parents, as they are harassing me for more dowry ,and they are giving me mental tension.moreover my husband depands completely on their parents,he is helpless.he cannot support me.i want him to come from there parents,and have a separate family(both of us) he is not even doin that.and they are well-off.

i dont want to go for divorce.what is the best advice you can give me.

File a petition under Domestic Violence Act for interim Maintenance and residence and i think this would satisfy your desire to get something from your husband without giving Divorce.
