Legal Question in Family Law in India

my name is simon.basically i am from kolkata and my boyfriend is from bihar.my age is 22 and my boyfriend's age is 23.we both are doing btech in karnataka in seperate states.we got into relation 1 year back.we had long term plan.few months before i got pregnent and he asked me to abort the child.we did it in a private nursing home.i had a dnc.now the guy is refusing to marry me giving many excuses.on the basis of his signature on the abortion permission letter can i claim him to be father of that dead child and ask him to marry me?is it possible legally?also i have pictures of us mating together that we took out just like this.on these basis can i ask him to marry me legally.i am totally disturbed and not at all able to focus on my studies.if my parents come to know about this they will throw me out of home.so i need to marry this guy at any cost.

if the hospital people dosn't give those papers fearing of cases and all , is their any possibility of doing anything else.please tell me what i should do.please help me out.and please tell me if at all i can file a case on him then what is the possibility of winning?please let me know all the possibilities.his family is full orthodox and belive in castism very strictly.and if possible mail me your address and contact number please sso that i can meet you in this regard.
