Legal Question in Family Law in India
Hello,
Please note that I have questions rearding the divorce procedure.
1. Can a guy apply for divorce after 6 months of his marriage if he is not living with his wife since the time of marriage? If no, then after how many months he can apply. If yes, please confirm is it should be mutual only.
2. If a guy is applying for divorce after a year and till that time his and his wife has no conversation and contact with each other than can he get a divorce even if the divorce is not mutual and if not than for how much it will take to get the divorce.
3. If that guy's wife is interested in alimany amount only and not ready to divorce him even if they had no converation since marriage date than can divorce is possible on the ground that they are not living like husband n wife.
4. If a girl is not ready to divorce her husband on any circumstances even if they are not husband and wife (means no conversation and physical relationship after marriage) but just married than is it possible that divorce will not happen ever.

You should better state facts of your case instead of raising academic issues. For better guidance on Family Laws, you may refer to a good work on the subject.
