Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello,

This is Amit, Sir a false 498A case had been lodged on me and my family on 2011. Now after investigation police is trying to dispose the case. But my bail has rejected from state high court once in feb.2012. The warrent is open by court lower.

Pls. advice me the correct way to proceed.

If police disposes off the case - for the reasons no evidence or in their opinion you are not guilty - you shall be released.
