my wife claim under section 125 cr. p.c. on me from north,
as we are married in maharashtra and we are staying in maharashtra only ,
can she put case from their and if yes, what to do in such case

this is a privilege granted to women that they can file a case from where they reside. where has she filed the case. you may hire the lawyer there and defend your petition.
