Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello,
We husband and wife have applied for mutual divorce 5 months back and as the day for the court order is nearing, my husband says that he will not agree for the divorce now. We already had signed judicial separation deed 7 months back duly notarized and on a stamp paper showing 2 yrs separation. According to that also he has never paid maintenance for daughter or never tried to meet her.
5 months back he sent a mail to me that he has found his life partner and he wishes to be free from me to marry her. So we applied for divorce for mutual consent divorce in court. He had promised marriage to that lady but because of growing disputes between them , he doesnt want to marry her now. Now he wants to be back with me but i can NEVER EVER go back to him after years of physical and mental torture. He is a pervert and a psycho. I am certainly not a spare wheel. I want this divorce anyhow to be free from this guy. Can u legal guys help me? Can i team up with that lady to press charges against him for adultery now? And how can i claim maintenance? please advice

File a petition under Domestic Violence Act for interim maintenance and residence. File a complaint before Crime against Women Cell for demand of Dowry etc against him and his family and i am sure he would come to terms with you and settle the entire issue with you.
