When a husband doesnt want to take divorce at any cost but the wife doesnt want to stay with that husband.Infact the husband is not wrong in being stubborn to get his wife back.in such case when a divorce case is filed from the girls side then,is the husband helpless?? will the court issues even though husband doesnt want it any cost??

The husband will be given full opportunity in defending the divorce case filed by wife. After hearing both the parties the court will decide whether to dismiss the wife' s petition for divorce or grant relief of divorce.
