Legal Question in Family Law in India

hi,after i filed 498a in odisha state,with a railway warent odisha police went to mumbai where my hus working along with me.in 28th feb,2012 police arrested him,bt we back to odisha on 2nd march,2012,in the day of arrest on 28th on that night he is in police station,in 29 feb,police bring him to our hotel room where we was staying,my question is as i know after arrest police ll apear him within 24 hours before judge and sent to jail.in this case how it is possible,my hus stay with as upto 1 march,nd visiting lik a turist with us.in 1st evening he again stayed at jail fr one day nd he return with us in 2 march.
how can i know in which day he got arrested?whom i ask to this information,can thane police provide me his arest related information or our odisha police giv the details.i need this information bcoz he said that he resign his job due to his arrest,bt i hav to prove before arest he left job nd its true.
