Hi,

After marriage within 20days she left the house(this happend almost 3.5yrs) and filed DVC & 498a cases based on dowary harrasement and plus she field false allegation Husband is impotant based on her converstation husband filed ready to test medical exam based on court order and he testet and show it's not impotant. Now Husband filed Divource cases and included grounds 498a cruality, false Impotant things.

All most 3.5yr back husband tried to compromise and he ready to pay huge amount but wife raised the quesitons like marriage was nullity based on grounds husband impotant like that need write the statement and get the divource. But husband didn't agree and he said mutual agreement need to get the divouce they didn't compromise this issue.

Is it correct husband asking?. If she asking nullity marriage what grounds husband need to show please clarify me
