I need your help very badly.I am a 28 year old woman and my divorce case is just started means a month back .We have filed 498a as i was in a abusive relationship.Now i am working and one of my colleagues came closer.I was in depression so i did not stop him and we got intimate..now i am afraid would in future it will affect my case??What are the possibilities??? should i stop here this relation or move foward.My husband is in same city i.e.delhi.So please advice??This person came only after i got seperated and no issues were there between me and my husband regarding my character..as i have never been a girl like this..please help..

it is better to hold yourself or else it might harm not only your claim in 498A but will husband in its divorce case. Your relationship would certainly be considered illegal. Let the divorce formalities completed and then you are free to make any relationship. Also, make sure the other person is not exploiting your simplicity and/or situation knowingly.
i think instead of a moral advice, you need a legal advice. if a man, after filing divorce, can sleep with another woman, then why cant a woman, in order to satisfy her natural urges, do the same. in case you find the newly found relationship to be safe and the person you got intimate with, in no way would harm your reputation by discussing you in public, there is no harm in the relationship and simultaneously, you try n get divorce asap.
in case you can handle the situation smartly, you would have less regrets.
