Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

I have divorce case in india. Opposite party is interested only in money , harrase my parents and me.

I am IT professional.

I am right now at Singapore,

I am getting my Basic salary in INR 13000/- and remaining in Singapore Dollar $4000 (SGD), which is not too much as per Singapore living cost.

Now if i need to pay 1/3 of my income , what income would be consider ?

If Singapore income is consider than it is too less and only for Food,Travel and house not more than that.

If i settled out of india then 1/3 of what i need to pay ?

Out of court settlement is not possible.

on which ground court decide maintaince amount that i need to pay to my wife ?

you need to defend your case through a lawyer by explaining him your income and expenditure.
