Hi,

I am earniing rs. 3 lacs per month and my wife 50K per month.

498a and DVA is pending. What will be the maintenance i need to pay her and what will be the one time alimony that i will be required to pay.

When should the one time alimony be paid.. after divorce? or during the course?

unless i go through the petitions and you give all the circumstances of the case, it would be difficult to comment further. however, in ur situation, when u earning six times more....u should work out a reasonable sum of money.
