Hi,
I have been falsely accused under the DV Act. I have enough proof that I have been transferring money to my FIL and wife since the past 4 years. She now claims to freeze my bank accounts and is claiming that the property of my father, and the Joint property of me and my brother is all part of her "Sthreedhan". I have alos paid an advace to book a flat (and the agreement to sale is in my name alone?). Will she get any benefit from the above property? Also, she is working for the past 4 years and is drawing more than 50K per month. Will she be eligible for maintenance? She is presently staying in her parents house.

she has no right in the property even if the same is acquired by you or jointly owned with your family members unless she proves that the property was purchased out of the her own earnings or the money paid by her father.
