hi,i filed fr intream maintainance after my husband filed fr divorce.in this feb 25,2012,,my first hearing is their.my que is it compulsory to attend that persionaly at court?and say the whole story whatever he misdid with me after mrg.is my statement is recorded at the time of my statement?before mrg i did job as i hav b.tech degree but nt now?how much i get intream maintainance as my husband get 40000/- inhand.and how long this case goes.

On very first date u can appear through advocate and I suggest to file application under domestic violence in which u can claim monetary relief as well as residential right and also make application under125crpc and make application to police under 406/498A IPC and u can also claim litigation expenditure and if u have evidence of the income of ur husband u can get half and for further clarification u can contact m without any hesitation
