Hi,I have filed RCR in Jan-2009 asking my wife to rejoin the marital house.against their petition for travel allowance court has ordered to pay a sum every month on aug-2010.till now i have not paid the T A money till now.
I filed petition & i'm ready to accept my wife & kid.But In front of judge"she has admitted that she is not ready to rejoin nor to give divorce. During every proceedings Their advocate is demanding for money,but 'm not ready to pay b'cos i'm not rejecting wife.I want them back.Judge is also not givg any decisions??
In this scenario what step i can take,I.m ready to accept her,But she is not ready to join me,Do i have to pay the T A ?.if i dont pay Will there be any action on me? What legal step i have to take now to get rid of her for divorce?? Do i have to pay maintainance then??she is also working & earning women,,Pls suggest
My advocate says "we cant file any application against the court order now,it has to be done within 30 days from order date.But other advct suggested me can file application as she has admitted of not joining back,to file application as "Modification and strucking of order " on the grounds of her earning,not ready to rejoing,and nor ready to complete the court proceedings...Is it true,,Am i eligible to file the application,
Kindly assist me in detail pls

Dear client
Why didn't you file an application at that time praying to the court that your wife be ordered to produce her income certificate? Your wife didn't deserve T.A because she is earning. But now, you can't appeal against the order. I can assist you if you could show me the order.
