hi,i hav filed a 498a case after my husband filed fr divorce on the ground of mental cruelty against me.my husband got arrested on 4/3/2012 and forwarded to court on that day only.after i filed 498a case in nov,2011 he absconed till now then he applied to high court fr AB but that was rejected then he applied in supriem court with the mental cruelty plaint copy,can he easily get regular bail with the help of that divorce petition,in how many days he get bail.
2nd thing is my previous advocate now handeled my husband case,is it possible one advocate after knowing all the secrete of my case left my case and hold my opposite partys case due to money,is any law their to prevent that one,what next i ll do?can i complain to SDJM regarding this matter.

If u will defend your case in supreme court then you may stop his bail.
Further you can file complaint before Bar Counsel of the state.

in case the lawyer is not handling your case any more and has withdrawn himself from your case, he is free to fight for any party of his choice.
It is never easy to get bail from high court / Supreme Court if after getting Bail the accused has absconded. Your previous lawyer is guilty of professional misconduct and you can complain against him in Bar Council.
