hi,i hav filed 498a after my hus filed fr divorce.now my husband is in custedy since 4th of this month.today his hearing of bail is their in district court,and my hearing of intream maintenance case and reconcilation of that divorce case is on 20th of this month,and another thing is that my hus resign his job when he got arrested.2day my advocate presurise me nt to opose his bail bcoz we get problem on our meantanance date i.e on 20/3/2012.but i hav one doubt if he already left his job then also can it is possible that i ll awarded maintenance,second thing is that can it ll cause troble if i opose his bail at this moment,

If u will not oppose his bail then you will be in loss. coz he had already left his job and court will decide what ever he wants to decide.

but you will not get any benifit, if you will not oppose his bail. So go and oppose his bail, he will himself come for settlement.
