Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi

I am from India and married for last 3 years now. I have a son aged 2 1/2 year. The issue is that I am not keeping well with my wife and she has ran away to her parental house 4 times and today, 5th time, even when I separated from my paternal house to support this marriage, she again ran away sighting the reason as she had a fight with my mom. Just FYI, today, I got discharged from hospital due to some ailment and she had not had any fight with me. By religion, we both are hindu. Please suggest me how can I proceed to divorce her.

The question is as to why your wife frequently run away from her matrimonial home.As you are living separately from your parents the presumption of cruelty or mental harassment becomes nil on the part of your wife. Right now, you have only this ground to proceed which is not sufficient.If you can give some more detail I can suggest you the course of action and probabilities. For more 919555462995
