Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

I am living in a separate state in India due to my job and my wife lives in another state with our kids for the past 5 years. I visit her and my kids once in 2-3 months for a couple of days. My parents or other family members do not stay with me or my wife. Can she file 498 A against me or my family?
