Dear writer,
It is not so easy that she will come to you and she will ashemed. but it may create a big scene for you coz once she will disappear they will make hue and cry that girl has run away with a Hindu and that issue will give such a big blow in the fire that family member of the girl and all muslim community members will search you like anything and will not spare both of you not for the sake of marriage but coz she married with a non muslim guy.
So be patience and take a due legal course to get rid of that his first husband.
So consult a local lawyer or contact us personally or write us at my email id at [email protected] alongwith complete details and location and age etc and get consultation after that take any step else both of you will be in great trouble and no body will be able to help you.

Keep in touch with her but do not have sex with her as you would be liable for adultery. Let her get divorce from her husband legally .....as there are may ways.. ask her to consult a lawyer and once she is divorced then you could marry or live in with her..
Unless she is unencumbered, your relationship with her will be illegal. Depending upon detailed facts, your relationship may attract criminal prosecution.
