Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

I want marriage with my mother�s sister daughter. Please tell me first cousin marriage in India is it legal or not?

I am very confused. what should I do? We can�t leave without each other.

Please help

this marriage is illegal in India as this relationship falls within the prohibited degrees, in case you are a hindu. even if the marriage is solemnized, still the marriage remains void ab initio.
