Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi

I got married 3 yea rs ago and from almost 3 years my wife is living at her parents house. On my continious efforts, she agreed to live with me but with a condition that i should take a house where her parents live.

Now i got traneferred abroad and i am requesting her to accompany me at my work location with me. But she si not ready to travel with me.

I want to ask what legal options i have in this scenario.

her conduct shows that she is not interested to live in this relationship. you may try n settle the matter amicably and in case she does not want to carry on this relationship, you may file a petition for divorce by mutual consent.

You have two options 1) Either to request her to live with you or 2) Divorce her. But whatever you do ,do it happily and amicably.
