Hi

I married 3 years before but my wife stayed with me rarely because of illness. She used to stay with her parents. We hardly live together for 4 month in last 3 years. Currently, last one year, she is not staying with me. I already requested several times to stay with me to my wife and her parents, but they want me to stay with them, which I dont like. Now I'ld like to file divorce, could you please tell me how can I proceed. Thanks!!

If your wife has never filed any complaint against you for any reason so far, you may file your divorce on the ground of desertion after having lived seperate for one year.

Why going for a divorce case, when you also want to stay and live with her. File a case under Sec. 9 instead.
