Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am Subhra and I got an purely arrange marriage on 11th Dec 2011 as per Hindu Marriage Act. Just after 20 to 22 days of my marriage , things are started changing drastically. My husband started abusing me and my parents by all his possible means. He used to physically and mentally torture me.He with the help of his sisters and mother stolen my gold ornaments given by my parents on my marriage and started blaming me and my parents that they have stolen it though they didn't came to visit at my in law's house in the meanwhile.As per him all my belongings are now his own asset. He started forcing me to concive immediately without giving me a single day time to make myself adjust with him and his family. He forced me and tried to drag me to the gynocologist to detect whether I am infertile.He even force me to give birth to a male child. He used to show me pron movies and force me to behave like them and to satisfy him.He says that he is unaware about using condome.He force me to bring all my certificates (academic,property related , insurence related or any other type of asset) at his place from my patternal home and to keep them in his custody.

All this happen within 2 month 10 days of our marriage. On 20 th Feb my father and younger brother came to visit me at my in-laws house on behalf of my birthday as my husband refused to send me to my parents place to meet them. My husband's sister and mother insulted my father and my brother and ask them to go out of their house for ever.....all that followed by inhuman sexual torture on me from that moment onward by my husband in provacation of his sister and mother.

On 22nd Feb 2012 finally I have to send rescue message to my parents as it become untolerable for me.I was desparately waiting for my rescue. Then my brother came and rescued me from there with only one cloth on my body. My husband also bitten my brother but some how we succeed to escape.

We immediately went to our local P.S. but due to mental fobia I could not dare to lodge any FIR as they are politically and economically very strong.They even not given me/my parents the marriage registration certificate. Only the medical checkup has been done and received the report. Two days later I lodge a G.D. as I had no proof of our marriage with me on the very moment. After that my parents several time tried to fix meeting with my in-law's family for mutual divorce with my concent. But they ignored repetedly. Still I don't know how to proceed legally as I am economically very week n my father is a retired person surviving on pension.

Please help......I badly need it.
