Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

I am sunny soni from india, I was in love with a girl, married her in Arya samaj mandir on 22nd of feb 2011, after marriage we both went back to our respective home. Our relationship was 6 years old and her family was not ready to accept me. so we took this decision also we decide if her family does not get agree in a year we will start living together. There was no physical relationship between us till date. after sometime somehow her family accepted me and we again married on 11th November 2011. Her family still does not know about our first marriage.

we had no physical relationship until our iind marriage. than i realized she is not intersted in sex. its been around 14 months since our marriage and i had sex only 4-5 times with her. Now she starts complaining on meager things, lots of fights, she shouts, disrespect and complain only. Today only she complained again and disregards me again. We fought and settled with a decision to separate. Being not financially strong, I told her that I can not give her much of settlement amount. I just want to know in case of mutual divorce am I bound to pay something, if my spouse does not want same.

mutual divorce is fast and easy to get ... no you need not pay if she does not demand any thing....

It could be that she and her family might have laid a trap for you to fall in it and later extort money by way of alimony. Hence before she files false cases against you, write to the CAW cell and SHO of the police station of the area of your residence and her parents residence about the whole story.
