Legal Question in Family Law in India
Hi!
I am writing in context with my divorce. I don't want to live with my wife, we do not get along absolutely.......there is a big gap of understanding, communication is a problem, thoughts and goals
nothing nothing matches at all.
But being from a conservation Indian Hindu family, she insists that she will live with me. Not because she likes me, loves or whatever, but it is her stubborness.
we separated 7 years, during which she & her father filed for baseless aligations and trapped me & my family into cases like 498, gharelu hinsa and more.
Everyone blamed me for the same, all my family said - Just keep her. They all wanted to be relieved. But noone thought about me. Not even my own parents.
It hurts. I had to bring my wife back.
But everyday I feel ending this life.
Please help me if there is any any any solution to this baseless and merciless punishment which only I am going through. Why cannot I live peacefully. Why do I have to live with a women whom I do not get along?
Just because law is in favor with Women, do they have the reason to use it in such wrong ways??
Please help.

as you have rejoined with her after a gap of 7 years, it does not seem plausible to end the relationship now. you should not have accepted her and once accepted, accept her with open heart.
