hi,iam a divorcee and my son is 8y old.i made a passport when i was not seperated and have misplaced it. now i want to apply for reissue of the passport.iam the sole custodian of my child and my ex husband does not have visiting rights also. soo i want to apply for passport as single parent.is it possible and what will appear at the fathers name column if i do so?? this is my q.
