i am leaving in mumbai with my husband and daughter.. My brother is accusing me and my husband for stealing my dad's money, mother's jewellary and her wife ornaments.. What kind of actions i can take against him legally to prove my innocense...

If you can prove damage to reputation than go for filing a case of defamation and if your brother has put any case on you and your family for forgery or theft etc and you are acquitted than you can file a case of malicious prosecution against him.
