hiii... i was married in 2005 we live happyly and we love each other in my family me my wife and my widow mother only she started to harrassing my mother and fight with me on small issues my financial stiuation has become weak after my marrage for some reason and could not consantrate on my job due to fighting with my mom and with me i kept changing my jobs and 3-4 months i remained without job i was broken financially totally, i dont hv any children after 6 years and never we consulted any doctor now her father take her at his home from last six months and in strting discussion they want some assurance in writting from me about i hv not to give her mantall harrase ment and all and i hv to allow her whr ever she want to go i refuse their proposal that i not going to give u any written proposal i want her back without any writting they refuse me and now they giving me dhamki about court case what shoud i do? they want mutually divorce and want 125000 i dont hv money

You better given them a written assurance and bring her home. There is no harm in even admitting your mistakes, if any, in writing. Standing on false ego may cause you more harm.
