Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,mine was a love marriage & after 5months my wife went back to her mother house & now its been 2years she is not joining back matrimonial home.I have filed RCR.Now she is having a boy baby of 1 year old.She has objected to my petition with false grounds such as Dowry harrasment,attempt murder .i have evidemce for all to prove her allegations are wrong.in that case if she claims for maintainace will i be liable to pay.

you are liable to pay the maintenance in case you fail to prove that she has deserted you and living separately without a sufficient reason. however, you may try n settle the matter out of court for the sake of your son.
