Hi,
My daughter got divorced the last month.Her husband found her illegal relation with another person through some videos stored in her mobile.These were taken long before marriage.But she did sex chat and mails with this man after marriage also.He has also sent many seducing mails after marriage which are with us.also in the video we can see his face clearly.
1) We admit that our daughter is also involved in this post marriage affair but with these proofs in our hand what all cases can we charge against this man?
2)Can we claim any compensation?
3)Is there any law by which we can force this man to marry our daughter bcz of him our daughter got divorced?

your electronic and media evidences are not sound for any case.
you can not claim any compensation on the above evidence/proof
marriage is a social contract it can not be enforced by any court of law.
based on your available evidence you can file a criminal complaint against that man. if police agree it then they will try to gather more concrete evidence from that man. if it o keyed then it may be a fit case for trial and your daughter may get compensation. please note that post marriage affair ( if it is proved) will costly for your daughter.
