Hi,
My friend has left her husband some where 6 months back, now her husband comitted suicide and written a suicide a suicide note that his wife was responsible for the suicide as she was cruel to her and never supported in sex(infact never had sex in the marital relation) and always asked him to die. He also written in the suicide note that he has some audio recordings that the fault was that of the wife only. She also has some affait with some other person before her marriage and she herself agreed before her husband.
However my friend was harrassed by the husband on calls before she left him and there is no evidence for it. Can she get the call record details from the operator. How long will the case prolong. Is it a criminal case. Yes her inlaws has filed an FIR against her.Will the fir be valid and case registered against her.
Please help with best alternatives and solutions.

she can get the call reports but no case is made out against the wife as the husband was staying away from her for 6 months and she cannot abet the suicide. even if the f.i.r. is lodged, advise your friend to approach the high court for quashing of the f.i.r.
