Hi,

My husband has sent me a divorce notice with all kind of false allegations, including computer hacking asking for mutual consent. I barely stated only 3 months with him but is is been 1and half year in marriage aue to his manipulations I came to my parents house and staying here.

I have replied notice denying all but did not mention my agreement for consent fearing for his allegations.

Later I have told his relatives to ask my husband come to my place for writing MOU for with drawing all allegations and get seperated peacefully (i said i will also write MOU withdrawing allegations).

I dont have any response from my husband till now. from past 6mons he has no contact with me. He use to cut my calls and later changed his mobile number.. In this case what needs to be done.

I am Indian , Hindu. He is also HIndu bt working in Singapore. Please suggest the best cases to get rid of him.

Are there any cases that I can book other than 496A. As they might get arrested.
