You must file suit for declaration that the American Court decree is null and void and OR file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. Either before or quickly after filing such a case issue a Lawyer notice warning him of consequences.

there is no way the registrar can find out the applicant was married before hand. he acts upon the statement qua marital status of parties. in case he marries for the second time, you may file a complaint of bigamy but the children of second wife would also be entitled to a share in property of their father.

You may register a case of domestic violence in India; obtain certify copy of your complaint and supply the same to the appropriate authorities in USA.
