hi,my husband filed fr divorce on the ground of mental cruelty(on the basis of i torture him fr baseless charges that he hav afair).he filed my diary in court,.in that i scold that gal nd my hus,along with that i wrote all the torture by my inlaws nd husband,i write their that my husband always compares me with his gal frnd fr my beauty,edu,status,and my husband tried to kill me,if i ll die then dont leave my husband,nd put dowry,afair charges against him.at last i did my sign their.so what is his advantage get frm that diary bcoz i also wrote my all torture by my hus?or he ll say i planed and wrote those thing.or i ll denied that diary is nt mine.he hav my diary,can i say i was only expressed my sarrow in word,i ll send that copy to any one how it was cruelty to him,that is totaly my personal thing.

in case he produce that diary, his case goes weak. the diary would show that the cruelty was infact inflicted upon you. you may admit the contents and the diary in case there is no falsity.
